BaySooq currently operates only within United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time. -
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount, which will be specified during promotions.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is not received after two attempts, it may be returned to us.
In case of a returned package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
